Indianapolis IN Homes for Sale

Island Retreats/2nd Homes

Looking to find your dream home or condo in the Caribbean?  I can help.  Or maybe you'd like to stay right here in the good old USA. I will be updating this area with more info and more specific places inwhich I have visited and made contact with Real Estate agents and agencies.  Please email or call me as I would be happy to put my knowledge and expertise to work for you.

On my list:

In the Caribbean

My Favorite place in the Dominican Republic.  Las Terrenas on the Samana peninsula.  Visit my good friend, and Real Estate agent, Jason's web site www.lasterrenasland.comfor more info.  There is so much to do and see here.  An International Airport is being completed in late 06' and from Miami it is only hour away.

The U.S. Virigin Islands (St.Thomas and St. John) visit www.stjcentury21.com   I can't say enough about St John, after all it is where my wife and I got married (Hawksnest Beach) and spent our honeymoon sailing around the USVI and BVI.  This is one of the most beautiful Islands we have been to and by far the eaiest to travel.  The beaches are beautiful and the atmosphere is fantastic.  St. Thomas has is more affordable than St. John, but St. John is where you want to be.

Puerto Rico and Viequeswww.century21caribbean.com  I have been to Puerto Rico several times and also ventured to the Island of Vieques.  I highly recommend both places to vacation or retreat to.  The culture here is great and the locals are most friendly.  I suggest a few mojitos while relaxing on the beaches.

Turks and Caicos.  This is an absolutely beautiful Island and offers many things to do and see.  More laid back then most places.  visit the Century 21 Erishar Properties to find out more about prices.  www.century21tci.com or if you'd like I can make the call for you on this or any of the other Islands.

Barbados.  What's not to like here.  Tiger Woods got married here.  Oprah owns property down there.  And the Island is very beautiful and has lots of local character.  Bajan Style...as the would say.  There are numerous beaches but stick to the ones on the west side of the Island.  If you are going to visit I suggest you stay in the St. Lawrence Gap or more commonly called "The Gap".  This is where all the nigh-life and restaurants are.  My wife and I were there in February of 07' and got to watch our Mighty Colts win the Supper Bowl.  There are many real estate companies to choose from.  Prices are extremely high.  visit www.barbados.com  to find out more about the Island.  www.keyrealtyinc.com is a good company to look at for real estate.

Looking for property in the United States

The DOG friendly Island in Florida on the Gulf-side.  St. George Island.  Only place that I know of so far that will allow your dog on the beach (leash required).  Century 21 Collins Realty, Inc. will be happy to find you a rental or the perfect beach home.  Visit their web site and if you go there let them know I sent you. www.century21collinsrealty.com

Please visit www.hmi2ndhomes.comto find out about popular 2nd home locations.  With a special relationship that I have built with HMI you can contact me to register you as a preferred buyer or investor in some of the great opportunities that HMI has to offer.  HMI represents prestigious golf and vacation home communities in the good old USA.
